HomeInherit is a financial arrangement for senior homeowners aged 70 and older. It allows seniors to access money from their home's future inheritance today, without taking on debt, without monthly payments, and while keeping the right to stay in their home for life. HomeInherit is not a loan and does not create interest or a growing debt balance.
HomeInherit purchases a share of the home's future inheritance. The homeowner receives money today. There are no monthly repayments and no interest charges. When the last covered homeowner passes away or the home is sold, HomeInherit receives the share it purchased, and the remaining equity may still pass to heirs.
Homeowners who are 70 years of age or older and who own their primary residence may qualify. No credit check is required. No income approval is needed.
A reverse mortgage is a loan. It grows with compounding interest over time. HomeInherit is not a loan — it buys a share of future inheritance and does not create debt or a growing balance.
Using HomeInherit does not mean heirs receive nothing. The share that HomeInherit did not purchase may still pass to heirs after the homeowner passes away or the home is sold.
